Partner Program Terms

This page explains how the Esimplefly partner affiliate program works in plain language. By joining the program, you agree to these terms.

1. Commission

• You earn 10% of the sale price for every purchase made through your referral link.
• The commission rate is fixed across all eSIM packages — no tiers, no exceptions.
• No discount is passed to the customer; the commission is paid to you only.

2. Commission Approval

• Commissions are automatically approved 14 days after the sale.
• This window matches the customer refund period; if a refund occurs, the commission is cancelled (see section 4).

3. Payments

• Payments are made monthly via Wise in USD.
• Your approved commission balance must be at least $20 to trigger a payout.
• Balances below the threshold roll over to the next month — they are never lost.
• You must share an approved Wise account with the Esimplefly team to receive payments.

4. Refunds

• If a customer receives a refund for an order, the commission for that order is cancelled.
• If the commission has not been paid yet, it is deducted from your balance. If it has already been paid, Esimplefly will contact you.

5. Referral Link

• Your unique referral link is esimplefly.com/r/[your-code].
• When a customer clicks your link, a 7-day cookie is placed in their browser.
• If they make a purchase within that window, the sale is attributed to you.
• Last-click attribution applies: if the customer clicks another referral link, that link takes priority.

6. Brand Rules

• You may not use the name "Airalo" in any customer-facing material (social media, blog, ads, messages, etc.).
• When referring to the network provider, use "third-party mobile operators".
• You may not publish content that is misleading, defamatory toward Esimplefly, or legally problematic.

7. Device Compatibility

• Before selling an eSIM to a customer, you are responsible for informing them whether their device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
• Esimplefly is not liable for issues arising from incompatible devices referred by partners.

8. Program Termination

• Esimplefly reserves the right to modify or terminate the partner program at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated by email; the program may close within 30 days of that notice.
• Any approved commissions you have accumulated will be paid out upon closure.
