Esimplefly (esimplefly.com) is operated by Ankaflare LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. We provide travel eSIMs worldwide. eSIM packages are sourced via third-party mobile network operators, and payments are processed through our payment infrastructure provider Stripe.
2. Payment, Tax & Invoicing
All payments are processed in USD. The seller and invoice issuer is Ankaflare LTD; Stripe acts solely as the payment processor. Applicable VAT / sales tax is calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax and declared by Ankaflare LTD in accordance with applicable law.
3. eSIM Delivery
After payment confirmation, your eSIM QR code is delivered to your email address within minutes. For technical issues, contact us at support@esimplefly.com.
4. Device Compatibility
It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify eSIM compatibility before purchase. We provide a compatibility checker on our website to assist. All refund requests are reviewed in line with our refund policy.
5. Data Validity
Package validity begins from the eSIM activation date. Refund requests are reviewed in line with our refund policy.
6. Reseller Notice & Network Disclaimer
Esimplefly is a reseller of eSIM data packages delivered over the infrastructure of third-party mobile network operators, not a network operator itself. Network coverage, connection speed, quality, and continuity depend on the relevant local operators and are not guaranteed by us. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from network failures, coverage gaps, speed reductions, or operator-caused outages beyond our control. This clause does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ankaflare LTD's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or disruption to travel plans. This clause does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
8. General Warranty Disclaimer
Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This clause does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
