1. General Terms
Esimplefly (esimplefly.com) is a digital service platform providing European eSIMs for Turkish travelers. eSIM packages are sourced via Airalo Partners API and payments are processed through Paddle (Merchant of Record).
2. Payment & Invoicing
All payments are in USD. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and manages VAT and taxes. Your invoice is issued by Paddle.
3. eSIM Delivery
After payment confirmation, your QR code is sent to your email within minutes. For technical issues, contact destek@esimplefly.com.
4. Device Compatibility
It is the customer's responsibility to verify eSIM compatibility before purchase. No refunds for incompatible devices.
5. Data Validity
Package validity begins from the eSIM activation date. Unused data is non-refundable.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Turkish law.
