Refund Conditions
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for unactivated eSIMs. Refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Activated eSIMs (QR code scanned)
- Packages with data usage started
- Requests after 14 days
- Incompatible device issues
How to Request
Email destek@esimplefly.com with your order number and reason. Requests are processed within 3-5 business days.
Technical Issues
If the eSIM fails to activate, a full refund or replacement eSIM will be provided.
